Infused with teaching from my 8 signature phases to get to six figures in flow, we’ll dive deep into an alchemy of topics including mindset, online business strategy, wealth creation and so much more! I share interviews with other female entrepreneurs, teachers and leaders who have found their own way to grow a successful business in flow. The solo episodes will leave you feeling ready to take inspired action, create your own flow state in business and become even more empowered to live your most authentic and abundant life. A little more about me…A few years ago I decided that I had to scratch the entrepreneurial itch. I quit my job as a tech start-up recruiter and went all in as an online coach. Along with my hubby, we created a global coaching brand, travelled the world as digital nomads with our two kids and in 3 years, grew a multi-million dollar business. It took a lot of trial and error, trying out new strategies and of course daily discipline to get this far so quickly. But after some time, the hustle got tiring. I was frustrated with my lack of progress, feeling caged by my own limiting beliefs. I didn’t want to just create another J-O-B, I desired to experience freedom.
In search of freedom, I turned to the inner work and found modalities like astrology, hypnotherapy, meditation and journaling to find ME again. I discovered ways to re-shape my reality and unlock my hidden strengths - as I became my true, unapologetic self, I rapidly grew my business to 7 figures with ease. Now I incorporate these teachings into my coaching philosophy. I blend energetics with proven business principles to create massive growth for my clients. I’m a top-rated Forbes business coach and LOVE every single day in my business and life. Ready to dive in? Then start bingeing!

Hello, my loves. Welcome back to a brand new episode. I am freshly back from a tennis match and I'm fresh. I've had a shower. I have a huge serotonin high right now. So what better time to podcast? And I hope that you are having an incredible week and one that is filled with flow. And if not, this episode is gonna get you right back on the flow State Highway.
Let's start here. Okay, so last week I got. DM, and I'll read it out to you in just a second, but this message literally sent me down a very rogue pathway that I personally didn't think I was gonna follow. And I'll say that it did feel very vogue because for the last two or three years I have been in my practice of flow state mastery.
And one of the big aspects of flow state is staying very true to your goal. And locking in and allowing all of those flow state juices, you know, to do its thing and keep you really, really central to the vision, to the goal. So I've become really good at closing off the shiny object syndrome thing, which is difficult for me because I love new things and I'm not very good at following it through to the very end.
And in the last three years I've become really masterful at it. But sometimes. I know so many of you can really relate to this because we are multi-passionate entrepreneurs. We have a lot of ideas. You, we see a lot of opportunity. It's really tricky to know the difference between the shiny object syndrome.
Chasing the next thing, getting distracted, starting something new just because the new thing feels really fun. Versus following an intuitive nudge that actually opens up a lot of new doors. It might get you back into flow, creative flow, all kinds of things, and then ultimately creating a new income stream for you.
And that's exactly what's happened for me in this last week. So I wanna share my experience because I think it might actually inspire you to listen to those nudges and to look out for the signs and to start acting on them. And I know that my example. Is very extreme maybe to some of you, but I'm just gonna walk you through what it looked like inside of the flow State highway.
When you pick the thing and the nudge that you are meant to be doing and going for and how effortless it feels. Even though from the outside looking in, it might be like, whoa, rub. Like you've just done so much work in such a short period of time, but it's not that. So let's go into it. This is the DM that literally started everything.
The DM reads like this. Hi, Ruby. Do you have a training about how to create low ticket offers? I'm a strength and nutrition coach, and I have no capital letters, low ticket offers, and I wanna spend the next month learning exactly how to create them. And again, I have no idea where to start. Now, this message actually really stopped me in my tracks because it was the exact question that I've been sitting with for quite some time.
I have a lot of low ticket offers that's out there around my story. I share the numbers, I share the transparency. I share what I've been doing, and then I also have a mastermind, which is amazing. It's called the Daily Sales Accelerator. We meet every two weeks and we discuss. The strategies around daily sales.
So sometimes it's pricing, sometimes it's product, sometimes it's funnels. Sometimes it's ads and messaging. So a lot of my Mastermind clients are already on their way. They know who their niche is, they know what it is that they wanna sell. They know, generally speaking, kind of the pathway that they wanna go on when it comes to low ticket offers.
But then I get this message and I'm thinking, she's not ready for the Mastermind yet. She's literally a from scratch, you know, person, which I love. I love that I'm able to take. All of you through the entire journey. But I didn't have anything that addressed this particular question in a low ticket form.
So this just had me kind of going, oh my gosh, like do I just create another PDF? Do I do a YouTube video on it? And that's when I decided, no, I'm gonna follow this. This, if I'm gonna sit down, I'm gonna explain it from scratch to somebody who's got no idea even where to begin. But you might want to, you wanna know like, what product do I put out there?
What works with low ticket? How do I actually deliver the product? Like is it audio? Is it written? How do you decide? And then how do you price something like this? So this is it. I just decided I'm gonna make a brand new course and I feel like I'm gonna really enjoy. Actually sitting down in front of video and filming the entire course.
Now, it's kind of funny, this is like a bit of a fun fact. I can't believe that up until now, all of my low ticket sales have come from written offers. So PDFs, guides Google Docs. And it's kind of funny to me because I have been trying, you guys, and some of you know this, I have been trying to write a book for many, many years.
I've had. A ghost writer. I've hired a book coach. I've joined the London's Writers Club. My clients have become authors. Publishers have reached out to me, and I've just tried all the different ways to actually get a book out there. But for whatever reason, I have literally never managed to finish one, and it's been so frustrating because when I think I'm getting somewhere with the book, it just kind of comes to a complete stop and a halt and secondary fun fact, I went to see a psychic last year.
This psychic said to me, you are gonna be writing many, many books. And I literally looked at him and I was like, what are you talking about? There's no way I'm writing. I can't even write. You know this book that's supposed to have come out by now? And I've had different versions of it Anyway, I realize now what he had seen was basically all of my PDFs.
Guys, I've written eight PDFs in total this year. Each of them are about, you know, 5,000 to 10,000 words long. So, you know, like, let's call it 60 to 70,000 words I've written in the form of PDFE guides. It's so wild. I've just been in so much flow with it that, anyway, that is the long version of me saying, I've basically written a book.
I, I've written many, many different types of books in, in the form of PDFs and eBooks, but I've never launched a low ticket. Course. So that was really exciting. So after getting that DM, I've just decided I'm gonna try something different. I'm gonna go with a low ticket course for the very first time, and this is the crazy part.
I did not wanna spend weeks and weeks and weeks deliberating over, I don't know, like what to put in there. The outline, trying to think about how I would deliver it. In the past, I really struggled with prerecorded. Videos I have always really wanted to have like a live crew, and I'm just the type of person that responds really well to live energy.
So I like recording all of my courses live, but this time around I'm like, I'm just gonna go and create that same exciting rush as I would feel delivering to a live audience. But I'm going to make it feel exciting doing the prerecorded. So here's what I did. I blocked out four hours in my calendar. On Tuesday, so I'm just going to name the timeline.
We don't need dates, but you'll just get it. Like on Tuesday, I sat down in front of camera, all of my lights on, and I didn't even honestly feel that good. I didn't look that good. I was just feeling puffy and my hair wasn't done right. But that was the day that I had to do it because the rest of the week was looking a little crazy with just personal life stuff and you know, you know what I mean?
Off I went. Now leading up to the four hours sitting in front of camera. I will say that I already had my notes, you know, I was sitting down throughout the week writing notes for this course, like little dot points of going back to that DM and reminding myself what I would've said to me when I had no idea where to begin.
So I had my notes. I had a very clear outcome in mind. I knew who I was speaking to because I just literally kept referencing that DM and I knew exactly what question I was answering. So from there, when I sat down in front of camera for four hours and I recorded the whole thing in one go. I had little breaks, you know, coffees and all of that, but you get what I mean in that four hours, I recorded 10 modules.
Now, each of these modules, some of them are only three or four minutes long if I'm explaining something really easy and quick, and I just had to make a side note here and there, and other modules are maybe 10 minutes long, 20 minutes long. So in total, the entire course was 90 minutes. It's a very digestible, very easy course, and that's again, intentional.
I wanted it to be short and sweet. So those of you who are wanting a very good place to begin and start, you have a 90 minute masterclass slash mini course broken up into 10 very well intentioned videos, and then under each of the videos. We have reflection points, homework notes, references, there are templates.
It's so amazing. So in that four hours, I recorded everything done. Then I took a break, completely switched off for the rest of the day. 'cause that was a lot of energy. And one thing that we absolutely have to say here, because if some of you're wanting to do it in this way and record your course in one day, again, each to their own.
But if you wanted to try it out, document the process. So not only did I have my camera on, on my laptop, I don't use a special camera, by the way guys, I just use the MacBook camera to record my courses. Um, I had a separate iPhone set up. Then a separate camera set up where I was taking different angles of me recording the course so I could use it for social media so that I could document the process so I could show people that, hey, something exciting is coming.
Because I also knew that as soon as I recorded it and I had it all branded and ready to go, I wanted to launch it. I didn't wanna wait for ages to have it sitting there. I wanted to get it into the hands of that lady who dmd me, to be honest. And she was the only person that was gonna buy it from me.
That was worth it, you know? So. Document the process now, the next day after a nice rest and asleep and a, you know, you have like a clean set of eyes on it. Me and Michael went in and he did all of the editing, but also we, I was just sort of there tuning in and we were sort of, you know, co-piloting at the same time what to include, what not to include.
There really wasn't that many edits at all because I was in such flow that the content just flowed out, like it was exactly where I wanted it to land. And then I put together the Canva logo. I put together a quick announcement to my email list to say this is coming. I did all the socials around it just to build up, you know, the expectation that a new course was coming.
And then the sales page was really easy. Like honestly, nowadays, don't fuss about your sales page. Just screenshot a sales page that you like. Maybe it's mine. Go and check out the show notes for this course that I'm talking about. And if you want to literally just screenshot that page, run it through chat t and say, I like this style of sales page, which by the way, is just a checkout page.
I don't do long sales pages anymore. Do that and then put your high level notes into it. So my course is about this, this, and this. This is the price, et cetera. But use Ruby's checkout page as the template done. Like we were able to open cart by Thursday, so I recorded it Tuesday, edited it Wednesday, open cart Thursday.
Unbelievable. So within pretty much like. Generally speaking, eight hours. It's a single day, right? A single day. I had created and launched my first ever low ticket course, and it turned out, by the way, guys to be also my biggest low ticket launch ever in the history of my business. Woo. So excited about that.
So now, as you can imagine, it's inspired me to. Create a few more. Hopefully we get at least one or two more out before the end of this year. But one of the things that made it really successful, actually many things. Let's talk about why this worked. So looking back, I think that there were three main reasons this worked so well.
So one, I had unbelievable clarity. I was so clear on the outcome of what my clients would walk away with. Thanks to that dm. That made recording very easy and very natural. So if you do not have clarity on the main outcome that your people are gonna walk away with, just, I would rather you spend more time here than more time editing in the backend or more time working that out.
Once you've launched and nobody buys, that sucks. Nobody wants that. So the clarity component from the get go for me was a hundred number two. I had a very good time container, so that four hour work block meant I had no interruptions, like I canceled my hair appointment. I didn't go to the gym that day.
It's a one-off, but I just wanted to get that done because I knew if I went to the gym at 11:00 AM like I usually do on a Tuesday, it would interrupt the flow block. So that's okay. We rearranged for that day. And because I had that four hour block, it also meant that I didn't really allow myself any time or capacity to spiral or overthink myself into some sort of weird perfectionism.
Like I don't usually have perfectionism on my radar, but when I create courses, that's when I see it really come up. So I liked the time block. The third thing that I think I did really well here was just kept it so simple. I actually wrote to my email list the first time I sort of announced that a course was coming out.
One of the lines in there was I nearly didn't launch this because I thought it was too basic. Really. I really thought, who's gonna buy this? It's too basic. I should just make the thing free. But I knew that it wouldn't be of service making it free because people need a buy-in for themselves. They need a commitment, and if they're paying.
A low ticket offer, like I started with 27, it's 47 now, but starting it off at 27, I'm like, that is still a yes commitment. You know, they're still gonna wanna complete it and it's only 90 minutes and it's amazing. Like I think where it's landing is gonna be at 97, so if you are catching it now, as of the live recording, it should still be at 47.
So go and grab that. But you know, the simplicity thing was. Also a big nod to my old self because I used to overcomplicate a lot and I used to give, give, give, give, give. Thinking that more and more and more meant more is more, is more meant, more value. No, stop there. Instead, what I want you to do is not overproduce or not overcomplicate anything.
The reason why this has become my biggest low ticket launch ever, and I think it will continue to be a very, very big income producer for me. Is that it's got a very clean delivery, 10 videos, very short videos that you can watch in minutes, implement it. Very clear, step by step in the written format and prompts and homework and application and how to do it and what to do.
So therefore, even though it's a short course, it has a very high impact. Okay, so have a think about where you are placing your importance, because ultimately people want something that's digestible, that's easy for them to implement, not something that's gonna take months and months of for them to get their result.
Okay? So pricing wise, let's go through this. I, 'cause I know a lot of you have questions about pricing. I set the course at $27 because every time I've tested low ticket. That's been the hell yes. Price the hell yes number for my audience. It's the price point that my audience keeps saying yes to. So look at the data guys.
Like if you don't have data yet, you have to kind of finger in the wind it, so to speak, and see where the wind's blowing, and that's okay. At the start, you're just putting out a whole bunch of signals and a whole bunch of data and a whole bunch of tests to kind of see where your audience are best landing.
So I know now 27 is the number. Now on top of that, I also know what a daily sales customer stack looks like in terms of what people like adding to their cart once they've said yes energetically to the $27. So when you go, actually go and click on the link in the show notes and it'll take you to the cash creator page.
That's the course name by the way. So when you see that, you'll see it's $27, but you will also see what is called in the industry bumps. So you can add different offers. So I've got in here, do you want me to review your digital product before it goes live? I will do this for you for $47, so you can add that one to cart.
And then on top of that, there is another bump there, which is my six figure month mini book. So this is the mini book that has just literally been one of the best sellers all year. How I create low ticket offers that stacks to six figure months. So that is like my whole story behind the scenes screenshots.
You see it all exactly what I did to create that six figure month there from a $7 offer. Absolutely wild. So. They can go ahead and buy that PDF for $17. So what happens is you are not just buying, my clients just aren't just buying a $27 Minicourse digital product. They are buying two more add-ons, which is oops, which is a total of $91 us.
So this is fantastic, the stack. This stack, by the way, has worked beautifully. It's a little bit more than that now because the prices have changed since early bird. This is what a very simple transaction can look like and how easily it gets to be a hundred dollars checkout. I love this. I love this so much because this is what took me so long to get my head around how do I make, you know, the money that I need to from a $7 product or a $27 product.
I've literally had a hundred people. Buy a hundred dollars from me, and that's in us, 10 K in two days. Us easiest, easiest, easiest sales. And the best part is it's not just for the launch, because now it's an evergreen, you know, digital product, it'll just keep selling, it'll just keep ticking away all day, every day.
Today I'm playing tennis. I said to my husband, we had three sales come over my tennis match, and I was like, I have literally made 300 US dollars on a Sunday. Just by playing tennis because I have sat down for four hours earlier this week, created a 90 minute in total 10 part course and put it out there.
This is how easy it gets to be. My loves. Don't try and overcomplicate it. So if you are experimenting with low ticket, I want you to pay attention to your data, okay? Secondly, find your hell yes number. It might be 27, it might be 37, it might be 17. Your audience will show you what that is, but when you're just starting out, it just means testing it to begin with.
Now, in terms of the energetics, what I loved most about this was the ease I felt creating it. PDFs have been fun, and I cannot even tell you how much flow state I was in making, like low ticket millions was 10,000 words. I wrote it so quickly and so fast. Unbelievable. And I, like I said, at the very start of the podcast, I'm supposed to be writing actual books.
Publishers have reached out and I just can't, I don't have any flow around that. Give me a PDF and bam. I'm entering this highway of ease, effortlessness, peacefulness, fun, joy. The creation process does not feel overdone. Okay, like same when I started to write the notes for this course. This course, I've got both hands on my heart right now, like this course has given me a whole new surge of energy when I was making it.
It literally felt like a channel, download my words, my energy, my smile, the way that I was thinking about like, oh, I could draw this on the iPad. I could give people this extra resource. It just was so exciting to record and to piece together and to share with the world, to share with you guys. So now that I've tested it, I'm so inspired to create more, and this has opened up.
A new chapter in my business. You know, eight months in everything that I've made so far in terms of low ticket daily sales has been mostly written. I've done the daily sales blueprint, which was a two part workshop, and that was delivered live. This is the first course I've sat down to record from scratch, prerecorded answering one key outcome.
It's literally just helped me see how easy it is to create one digital product every single month. And I know that there's gonna be a lot more, but the main point here that I wanna share with you is you are missing the point. If you think I need to cram in and hustle and create a course in four hours, if it feels that way, missing the whole entire point of this, it needs to feel as though you cannot wait.
To make it, it, it has this flowy feeling. It feels fun, it feels endless, scalable, like your mind is blown, like, oh my gosh, I'm so excited. Now don't put the pressure on it being a four hour sit down, because that's what I've said. It could be. It know, over two days, a six hour thing, so three days on one end, three days on the other end, and then you might finesse everything up and edit everything up, and then have it ready to go.
In two weeks time, that's totally fine. Everyone has to find their own cadence. So what I want to really leave with all of you today, the big takeaway, so to speak. A, sometimes you get a sign, a very blatant sign, like a dm, a question, a conversation, and you know that you have to decide whether or not it's just a si, a shiny object syndrome thing, or whether it's actually your intuition pointing you towards something brand new.
For me this time, it definitely was intuition, but because I was so in my flow state zone, like stay focused, stay focused. I had to be given this big fat DM and literally like have it placed right in front of me. So I followed it and it led me to my biggest low ticket launch yet. So thank you everybody that's trusted me and that's bought that and it's amazing and I'm so excited for you to watch it again and again.
But also at the same time, it's not just the launch, it's the fact that I've opened up a whole other income stream. If I keep selling like 100 of these, I don't know, like every two weeks, that's over the course of the month, 20,000 US dollars. That's just gonna keep flowing in if people are taking up all the upsells, you know?
So I see it that way, like how endlessly scalable it is. I don't know how much shelf life cash creator's got, but I've made it with Evergreen in mind, meaning that in three years I know people are still gonna benefit from cash creator. I don't know where it's gonna be priced in three years, but I don't think, for me now it's about having these open, close, you know, group programs and courses that run for six weeks at a time.
Now, when I make a course and I sit down and I record it with intention, I just expect it to sell ongoing. That is just so freeing to me that feels like so much flow and freedom. Rather than putting all of my energy behind an eight week open close card, I just don't wanna do that anymore. And everything shifting, you know, like having these digital resources.
I sat down this morning, I had a big chat with my husband actually about. Revamping and restructuring a huge area in our business, which is Masterminds and High Ticket. So I'll share, I'll share that when that's ready to, you know, be out there. But right now it's just so conceptual. But these things, they, it just feels this year has been such a honing in on simplicity.
I'm just gonna keep sharing all of this with you, and hopefully you know these takeaways that you get to have from it as well around overcomplicating or perfectionism, or keeping it simple, keeping it clean, keeping the energy, feeling really high. So yeah, bringing it back to this episode, if you've been waiting to create your first course, I hope that this is a nudge in the right direction for you.
Don't overthink it. Block out the time, get clear on your outcome. Pick your hell yes, price. And listen up. Listen. Just stop what you're doing, okay? Launch it. You do not need to beta test it for six months, please. The way you beta test is launching it. You've gotta launch it into a live environment. My loves.
You've gotta do it. When I used to work with all of my tech people and the coders and the programmers. You can only test so much. You've gotta launch it live because you never know. You never know what opportunities come up from it, what growth you know you will experience from it. The thing is like if you think that there's something here and you can see how big it gets to be, I want you to follow that.
So on that note, go and jump into Cash Creator, if it's speaking to you. I also want you to go and take a look. I've made a little freebie checklist for you around what you can look at. If you would like to create a course from scratch in a very short period of time, whatever that looks like, I'm gonna call it.
The four hour course, but you go and look at it and iterate the timings around it as much as you like. This is the checklist I worked off. I'm not really a big fan of. Checklist as you know. But I know that some of you love seeing my own personal notes and how I run things behind the scenes. So that's kind of basically what it is.
You'll just see a Google Doc at on the other side of things. And yeah, if you have any questions, come to Instagram, go and check out Cash Creator. And yeah, you know what? Like if you are just like rubs, I'm all in. I just wanna learn from you, I wanna go deeper. I wanna understand how this whole entire landscape comes together so much more, then definitely also go and check out the Mastermind, the daily sales accelerator.
Calls every two weeks. You'll feel so seen. There's a huge restructure coming around the Masterminds as well. So all I'm gonna say is you wanna get in now while Surprise is where it's at now, because very shortly, everything is about to go up in a big way. Pricing and also what you get inside of the Mastermind.
It's just gonna be wild. So I'm so excited. Okay, I'm gonna leave you there. Have an awesome rest of your week and I will catch you in the next one. Bye. My loves.
