 Hello guys. Welcome to the Flow State Business Podcast. My name is Ruby Lee. I'm your host and I am just so happy that you've landed here. Today's episode is gonna feel like a bit of a behind the scenes pass into what really like really runs my business day to day. And it's not anything on the operational side or on the strategic side, but it's the most important side to business in my opinion.

We're talking about energy and energetic codes and all those wonderful things, the things unseen that drives the business forward. But before we dive into it, let's get really clear. I. On what that actually even means. I know that my audience is split between those that are run mainly through spiritual work, energetics, my healers, my seers, and those that do a lot of hands-on work like your maybe physiotherapist or your massage therapist.

Then I've got the other side of you guys that are all very much cerebral, intellectual. Show me the operations, show me the step by steps. So I just wanna be able to meet everybody in the middle because I do believe that these two parts of business have to meld. I really, really feel like if I did not learn how to meld the spiritual and the energetics with the operational and the doing part, I just wouldn't be who I am today.

And I definitely wouldn't have as much fun and I wouldn't have an the, the level of flow and the connection that I have to the divine than I do without it. Do you know what I mean? So anyhow. Now simply put, these are your internal rules. These are the beliefs that lead you. These are the standards that you live by.

They're the invisible force and framework behind the actions and. The decisions that you make every single day, and eventually when you hit certain points and milestones of success, you look back at these codes and you go, well, that's why I achieved that. That's why I got that here. And some of those codes, you know, you can absolutely outgrow, such as I believe I need to work hard in order to achieve my success.

And other codes are just a given. They're just a standard life rule. It is just part of who you are. From your, you know, from, from your horoscope to your human design to the way that you are, how you were brought up, your values, your behavioral systems, et cetera. Okay? So your energetic codes are active all the time, even when you don't know if you've chosen to switch them on or off.

This is the difference in terms of how you operate versus how I operate. Your energetic codes are active, whether you choose them to be on or not, but the difference is gonna be when you are conscious of them. So when you are intentionally setting the tone of your business and or when you're kind of moving through it and you're not really sure, and that's when you feel like the day is running you, rather than you feeling really in flow with your day.

So when you don't have really strong energetic codes, and you know potentially what that means is that you haven't really taken the time to look at them, or maybe you've not actually been to hypnotherapy or kinesiology or some sort of energetic worker who can show you what your codes are. What happens is that you tend to adopt other people's codes that aren't even yours.

To take on with you, so other people's belief systems, or you're just operating from a very old instruction manual. Maybe you left corporate two or three years ago and you're still operating off that instruction manual and you haven't really taken the time to create your own. This is a big fat sign to create your own, and I'm gonna share what mine are.

In the hopes that it inspires you to think of yours, and you can borrow some of mine if you feel like they're high vibe enough. And then from there you can make it your own. So I know that this is really gonna be the thing that's gonna help you move some things forward, especially because the last couple of episodes, and if you haven't heard them yet, just go back after this one.

We were very heavily in the strategic stuff. You know, we were talking a lot about. The hundred K month that I had, how I'm building out my funnels from a $7 product and how I'm growing into that and how all those wonderful things are, you know, unfolding. What to do when money feels stagnant. Like there's a lot in here for the last couple of episodes that now I feel like if we do not talk about this side of things.

You're going to overthink so much, and what I see happen to a lot of my clients is that they spiral, and that is in the form of overthinking, or that is in the form of chasing strategies and burning out because it's not meant for them. And also like second guessing yourself nonstop, that what happens is that you just end up feeling completely out of alignment and you don't take aligned action.

You take action based off somebody else's success model. But it's not your own and it sucks being there. So I really wanna walk you through the codes that I anchor into before I open up my business every single day. And it's not meant to be a checklist, like, please don't checklist this. It's mainly just meant to be, let's check in with what's going on subconsciously.

Let's open up that little can of worms and then once you've reset that, you can close that back up and go back into operations and allow your neural networks to do the work for you. Okay? It's also not necessarily what I think you may think of when it comes to energetic codes, which is like rituals or routines.

It's, it's definitely not one of those, like Pinterest perfect morning routine type things. I'm gonna walk you through. The real work, I believe, around energetic codes is what's gonna help you scale. And it's also what's helped me scale to multiple seven figures whilst living my best life. And I'll tell you this much, like as soon as I realize in whatever chapter I'm in, whatever season I'm in, because when I started the business, my son was five months old, now he's like literally nine, turning 10.

I was side hustling back then, like in my, when, when my son was five months old, I was on maternity leave. It was in my, still not sure how to let go of my corporate job era. So my energetic codes were so different back then to where they are now. And I can always tell when I'm outgrowing them. And if you've tried everything in business, like you literally doing all that you can and you're following the rules to a T and it's still not changing, I'm gonna guess that this is what.

Also needs a really good look at. Okay, so, um, let's talk about my first energetic code. And this is this belief that I have that every action I take every single day is making me money. Like, so basically it goes like this. Every morning I wake up to some form of sales notifications. It's so beautiful now.

I reset the business in November, 2024 last year, and if you followed along my journey, I have literally shared how I've just started creating these really simple funnels and I wake up to sales every day. Sometimes they're teeny tiny sales, like seven bucks and multiple $7 sales. And some days they are bigger ones, like $2,000 cart checkouts.

And other times they are recurring payments from my private clients, so it could be like $8,000 a month payments or $10,000 a month payments, whatever it is. It's pretty exciting and it's such a confirmation that I'm on the right track and it's proof that what I post and what I create is also creating client flow and income flow, and therefore my deepest energetic code is every action I take in my business.

Makes money, and I said this to my inner circle the other day that I'm like, you know, which, oh my God, this inner circle is incredible. Like I love this group so much, but we had this big vibey chat about how, I just believe every time I press post. On an Instagram post, I will get paid between $300 and $2,000 if I do the same on LinkedIn, same deal, $300 to $2,000.

And this podcast, which I love you guys so much you guys. One of my most profitable like social media channels, if I can even call it that. It's like my long form evergreen channel, which you would've heard me talk about last week, and I got so many amazing dms from all of you saying that you really needed to hear that and have that wake up call.

But truly, I can post to my podcast and I will see like I. 10, 20 sales because you guys are listening in, and then you go and check out what I've got going on, or whatever I'm referencing in here. You'll go and check it out in the show notes. So I just anchor into the belief that every piece of content is an energetic asset that will just keep bringing abundance back to me because I'm sharing from a place with so much truth and so much light, and I'm so raw and just whatever, authentically you see the whole thing.

And people are magnetized to that at some, and you might not be right now, but maybe down the track. And even if you're not, I really hope it makes an impact in your life, but I just always feel like the flow is on and I'm so excited for it. I'm so excited to post every day because I know that when I post, the money comes through and it's one thing to kind of post and hope that you're serving somebody.

But if it's met with. No sale. No sale. No sale. No enrollments. No enrollments. No cashflow. No cashflow. No cashflow. After a year of posting on social media, if you get there at all and you're not getting paid, it's no wonder you feel so bloody exhausted and so tired because who wants to work for free and not feel rewarded?

And it's just, it's never gonna feel like incongruence with how your entrepreneurial energy wants to be. So I just want you to reflect on if you can have something shift in your business. If you decided that every post that you share already carries enough value to be paid a lot for it, how would you act today?

And what actions would you take because of that? So, an example could be you've been posting all of this stuff about your family, which is beautiful, but you know, you know, you know that you're not putting one single link out for people to go ahead and buy something from you. So that could be an aligned piece of action that you do today.

Another really big code that I've anchored into is that every email I send carries transformation. It carries impact. It carries sales and open doors, even if it's just a few lines that I'm writing for my emails. So, okay. To give you a bit of context, I used to think emails had to be a very long curated strategic.

Highly convertible sounds like a car, but you know, like you needed like some fantastic conversion copy to get people in buying your stuff. And I know that that was an old belief that I had, an old code that I had that came from a lot of people in masterminds that I was in previously. They were very strategic masterminds and they were like, no, you need to hire a conversion copywriter and get, you know, 46 emails in your nurture sequence and blah.

And I'm like. Can I just send a two line email because it feels right, and that two line email can literally just say, Hey guys, A thought came to me today and I've just decided I'm gonna open up a group coaching environment in a couple of weeks if you wanna join. It's gonna be about what I've been doing so far with my funnels and what I'm doing to create a hundred K months without working crazy long hours.

If you wanna see that, then click here, and then it goes straight to the checkout, like two to three lines, and it. Still makes sales and it actually has an even greater open rate. And it feels so easy, like, and I don't have to obsess over how many people are through the nurture sequence before I can actually sell to them.

It's just that whatever I've said, it comes from the heart and that speaks louder than any clean strategy would. And the energy behind that email is what sells not the length or not the perfection and not the grammar, and not how many emojis you put in. Like, honestly, that same simplicity just shows up everywhere.

Now, even in this podcast as an example, I don't have to have an intro. I don't have an outro, I don't have any fancy music fading in and fading out. As you could tell. It's just me hitting record and just posting it out there and knowing that like I get, you know, wherever, anywhere between 2000 to 5,000 downloads per month.

You guys are listening in and I just show up and I speak and I'm, I literally, before hitting record was like, Ooh, like, what do I wanna speak to you guys about today? And I just trust that the energy will carry it and it will just be what it needs to be. So a reflection on this one is what if you trusted that things could just be so simple and your most honest raw expression.

Is already powerful enough to move mountains. As corny as that sounds, I truly just wanna ask you in plain terms, like where are you just making things harder than they actually need to be? I could literally pick up my phone and create a funnel in five minutes. That's how easy it is. And I've only been doing it since November and before that I outsourced the whole thing.

'cause I was really scared to look at funnels. So if that's you. This is me four months later. I'm like a future self of you four months later. So I wanna show you how I'm doing that. It's gonna be incredible. Checkout link in the show notes to jump in. Okay. Alright, let's keep going. So a deeper energetic code for me right now is spiritual connection.

And this is something that, I guess it's always been a part of who I am in my business. Like every day I consciously connect with. My angels or my guides or a higher source. And it doesn't matter like who it is exactly that you connect with, everybody is gonna have a different value system there. But to me, I have been loving speaking to the angels.

I never really worked with Angels before, but there were just too many signs around me that it's time for me to really connect with Angels. And I'm still super early on. This is how early on I am. I can only name two angels. Archangel Michael, because he came to me in a dream, and obviously we all know who Archangel Michael is, right?

Like he is like the angel of the Angel of the angels. And then, uh, Archangel Raphael, who came up in a reading that I had. And it was a very, very strong message for me there. So that's it. I don't know any of the other angels, but I'm, I'm in it, you know, I'm, I feel them around me in this dream I had, oh my God, it was so wild.

Without going on a really big tangent. I could see the divine golden wings of Archangel Michael like so finite. Like, you know, when you take, um, a photo on the macro setting on a digital SLR camera and you can zoom all the way in and the details are so fine. That's what I saw. Like, oh my god, it was so, I've got goosebumps saying that, but oof, it was absolutely amazing.

So. How I'm doing this is I'm speaking to them through meditation, or sometimes just like literally an hour ago, I was swimming in the ocean and I had my hands out in the water just wading through the water and I could just feel like there was a transaction happening between what I was saying out there to the universe and the water being a carrier of my dreams and having that totally amplify in the world.

It was just. So powerful. And so the code that I've been living by is I am wildly supported in ways seen and unseen, so this code reminds me that I'm never doing this alone. Do you understand that? Like you are never doing this alone. You've got so many forces for good helping you do good in this world, and the bigger the vision, the bigger the support around it.

One of my incredible guides, like my mentors told me that, and she's a seer, so she could see and um, actually even like, my gosh, like, I don't know, this is another mini tangent, so hang with, I grew up in a really Christian environment. I used to go to church when I was little. And I was just brought up, like my school was a private school, so naturally it was always attached to some sort of religious, you know, connection.

And, uh, we would go to these chapel services on Thursday mornings, the whole school, and we'd sing our songs and all of that. And anyway, the, the pastor was doing his little talk and he called me up on the stage. I think I'd volunteered to do something like probably the Lord's Prayer or something. And um, he goes, wow, you've got a lot of angels around you right now.

And even then, when I was quite little, I think I was in grade three or grade four, I understood what he meant 'cause I felt them. And then fast forward now when I go to psychics and whatnot and I walk into the room, my psychics, I go to the physical psychics. I don't do it online, but they're like, oh my gosh, like you are walking in with some kind of entourage woman like, who are you?

They're, you are here to do really big things. You've got a very big entourage. So. I just fully know this, that the bigger the vision, the bigger the support is around you. And I know most of us here listening have huge visions and therefore you are not doing this alone, ever. Okay. All right. So, uh, where are we at?

Powerful code, I think, are we at number four? Gosh, I was count. I think we're at four. Uh, this one I wrote down because I wanted to get the words around it really beautifully. I create quantum results with focused energy. Not endless hours. I create quantum results with focused energy and not endless hours.

And this has really been a big part of my neural reprogramming since I started the business seven years ago. This has probably the biggest. Biggest, biggest, biggest ship to turn around. And it's like that saying, how do you turn a ship around? It's like one degree at a time. So most days I used to just work as many hours as I could to prove to myself that I was filled with endless energy.

And then I realized, you know what? I don't need to prove that to anybody anymore. So now I get my work done. In around 60 minutes in the morning and 90 minutes in the evening. That's it. So two beautiful flow sessions and sometimes I need to chuck in a couple of like 25 minute sessions in there. But I realize that it's not about time spent, it's about the energy I invest.

And in flow science we talk about precise execution is what helps you nail down flow state because when you're in flow state, you precisely execute. So. I just believe that I get to have more time in my life, and that means more walks, more coffee dates, more oceans, more sunrises, more sunsets. I don't know why I'm getting emotional saying this, but you know, it's just so beautiful, like this beautiful life, and it doesn't have to be me sitting at the laptop forever and a day.

Like, isn't that what life's about? Isn't that why we wanted to build this business in the first place, to have so much more? Time on this planet to just do what we love. So I wanna ask you like, where are you measuring your worth? And I really just wanna give you permission to do a lot more, but in just an easier and in a lighter way.

And I know that's my mission on this planet in this lifetime, is to speak through and to business owners that you get to experience flow. You get to have more of that and a bloody great successful business. And this takes me to my last one. This is a huge shift for me as well, and it's a big energetic code.

I live by daily because I serve a lot of people. I coach a lot of people. So this code for me is something along the lines of, I serve with love, so much love, but I lead with boundaries. There's this connection that I have with it where it sounds harsh, but Oh my gosh. Okay, so I guess I could pinpoint this to deep work that I did with my kinesiologist over the past three years.

Alicia, I love you so much. She has held me through this in so many ways, but I feel like something happened towards the end of last year and Oh, I had a shitty client. That's right. I had a really shitty client. I won't go into that, but she was just very, very. Um, hurt and hurt people. Hurt people. So anyway, I remember that happened.

Then I went to Alicia, my kinesiologist, and I finally released this pattern of over pleasing. It was like a click of the fingers. I could feel it release like twang, and it was gone. And like how it plays out now, I'm just gonna say it the like the day on day stuff and then you can just make what you will of it.

So I don't answer client vox, which is where my clients talk to me day on day. If you're in like a bigger container with me, I don't answer the Vox the minute they come in anymore. I used to, and this client was really pissed off at me that I didn't respond to her like within the hour that she'd sent the Voxer.

Basically, I check it twice a day. Morning and evening, Monday to Friday. I don't miss a day and that's it. There's just no guilt and there's no explaining and I don't know, like I think that's a high touch coaching container and it's beautiful and I review my client's work and there's just, just, it's easy it know 99.999% of my clients are so chill with that.

Because real service doesn't mean sacrificing your sovereignty. Okay? So if you are just feeling like so guilty about responding, and I know that it comes from a place of service, of course it does, but it doesn't come out of a place of sovereignty. I wanna ask you, where in your client relationships could you lead more from your power?

Not just your need to be needed, and that's part of my human design. I'm a mata heretic, so if you guys know, you know, hd, a big part of that healing container for me with Alicia was the heretic part. I just felt really needed whenever I was asked to be the hero, and I naturally would swoop in and try and save people, including my clients, and if I couldn't save them, I felt this immense amount of guilt and that would just lead to a whole bunch of other things.

So. I just really wanted to share what my energetic codes are, and I hope that you're feeling really fired up and that you're starting to look at how you can operate from stronger energetic codes. So just to recap, here are my energetic codes, and please feel free to borrow them if it's just enough for you to go.

That one feels really exciting, and then you iterate it to feel like yours. Every action I take is enough to be paid daily. Every email I send. Every podcast I post carries transformation, impact, and abundance in its simplicity. Remember, simple, simple. Three. I am wildly supported in ways seen and unseen.

Four, I create quantum results with focus, energy and not endless hours. Five. I serve with love, but I lead with boundaries. Okay. Pick one, write some down. Say it out loud. Feel it in your body like it's all ready. True for you. All right. A very quick brain science tip to go with this. Actually, I want you to anchor your code because anchoring is a really part, a really big part of neural reprogramming.

So the fastest way to anchor a code is actually through repetition and. Emotional connection. This is you feeling into it. So every time you repeat your chosen code, pause and actually feel it. Visualize it. Let your body really immerse in it for a second. Like imagine the daily sales coming in. Imagine waking up to notifications that people have bought and enrolled into your course.

That's how you rewire your brain to operate from this new frequency. Not just thinking about it, but actually living through it. And the more you anchor, the more badass, and naturally you'll become attuned to that without forcing it.
