Hello everyone. Welcome to the Flow State Business Podcast. If you are brand new here, I'm so happy you're in this space. We've had actually a lot of new listeners come in in the last couple of months, and I'm thrilled, and I know I've got all of my loyal oldies and goodies who are here week on week and literally message me every single week, and I love it.

Okay, so if you are an oldie and a goodie, hmm. You'll know that there's some episodes where I just talk about life stuff and what's going on. This isn't that. This is get your pen and paper out and take notes type of episode, because I really, I'm in the middle of the inner circle launch right now. In fact, we're starting next Monday.

Oh my gosh. All the emails went out this morning and I'm just, oh my gosh. I cannot even express how excited I am to. Bring back my inner circle. I had a 16 month hiatus around it. It's finally back and you can check out all the details in the show notes below. So definitely go click through there. So I'm almost at the last week of launching Inner Circle.

I have a few more places left and if this is you, please DM me. It's just the been the most incredible launch experience. And of course within the experience itself, there's always moments where. In the industry, we call it like a launch lull. Things get really quiet and or there's an amplification of deep fears, worries, and sometimes recurrences of old self-sabotage patterns to do with launching.

So I wanna talk a little bit about that and what I'm going through after many, many, many launches of Inner Circle and masterminds. But on top of that, I've launched so many different things. It's just interesting to see. What still comes up, and I also want to give you a big overview around how to create your first mastermind offer, because this is really important and I'm gonna discuss why it's important, CEO to CEO.

If you don't have a mastermind planned in your suite of products, whether it's this year or whether it's something that you wanna do down the track, I just, not to say I need to convince you to have one, but it is. A very, very big deal when it comes to revenue and bottom line. And it's a huge deal when it comes to leadership and authority building.

And let's get into the discussion. 'cause there's so much that I know I could ramble on from here, but I'm genuinely thrilled that you are even just playing with the idea of launching your first mastermind or launching another if you've done it before. And I'm guessing you're here because you've seen the title and you've clicked into it.

If it's just autoplayed, Hey, let's just take this as a big fat neon sign from the universe as something to do on rekindle. This really is such a perfect moment to step into that next level of growth and creativity. 2025. I can't believe we're here. This is, you know, mid-March as I'm pressing record on this.

Let's just get up and do it. You know, if you are more of an astrology type, the belief is that it doesn't start the new year. Energy doesn't start until Aries season opens. So do I have Aries in the house? I love you guys. Fellow fire signs.  And so it's really not until like, let's call it April, where you might be feeling this drive and this connection to getting shit done in your business, and if the Mastermind is a part of it.

I'm so glad you're listening to this live. If you've caught onto it at some other time, just take it because it's all encapsulated and record recorded in this episode. First, if you've heard it before, skip forward. If you haven't, then let me share with you a little bit about my journey and why masterminds have become such an integral part of my business.

And to give you an idea, I run Masterminds at least two to four times a year. The main mastermind that I host over and over again is called Amplify, and that's where I coach and mentor pre-revenue entrepreneurs to earning. Their first sales, launching their first courses, having their first one-to-one clients coming in.

I love this space so much. Then I have a space called Inner Circle, which is for current business owners, and you've been doing it for a little while, and things are being done through forcing strategies or implementing somebody else's templates and blueprints, and you just don't even know who you are anymore.

This Inner Circle Mastermind does not have a prerequisite for you to have seven figures. It's helping you get to seven figures, even if you are still very early on in your revenue journey. But sh. Showing you how to do it in Flow State Mastery, and that's the one that's currently open. So very exciting.

But I've always had masterminds as a part of my business model and.  I just wanna reassure you that your journey does not need to look exactly like mine, and that's my whole ethos, especially when it comes to flow. You cannot flow using somebody else's instruction manual. It just doesn't work that way. So let's get started.

When I first began my mastermind journey, I still remember it was 2019. I just quit my job six months prior. I was completely booked out, which is unbelievable. I had this really dream start to the business. I did all of my promotion, marketing, and sales on LinkedIn where I had my biggest network and I had a lot of private clients.

I also charged very, very cheaply for what I was delivering. Hence why I had a lot of people join. And what this meant was my calendar was overflowing. And although at the time as a new coach that felt so abundant, I was craving more time freedom. We had literally just begun our round the world adventure.

We were living in California. I was living out my OC dreams come on, like who watched the OC growing up. And so we were living literally in Huntington Beach and I knew that I wanted to fully immerse myself in the laptop lifestyle without feeling tied into back to back coaching calls. I literally just felt at one point I was crying to my husband.

Going, I feel like I've just not just created another day job for myself, but I'm locked in like 12 hours back to back, and I don't have time to even see my kids. So honestly, shifting away from purely one-to-one coaching to holding space for groups felt very intimidating. I had to have a lot of spiritual work done in and around it because I didn't feel worthy of holding high level conversations because I didn't feel.

Ready enough, prepared enough, expert enough,  and that was really beneficial. I had to have hypnotherapy and I did some amazing spiritual, energetic work with a spiritual coach at the time. I'm always gonna recommend that some sort of somatic and energetic work together with the strategy, and that's what we're gonna be talking about in Flow State Mastery, the inner circle space, it goes hand in hand, and I know that that's what helps move flow and momentum towards more of your successes.

Anyway,  I had done a lot of group work and I held a lot of group sessions when I was working in corporate. I used to be a recruiter and in hr that's sort of a natural skillset that you have. You are always hosting, you know, whether it be, um, employee survey type team meetings. I know if you've been in corporate, such an eye roll meeting.

That one, um, cultural uplifts holding space for leaders leadership meetings and also, you know, mediation of people who are underperforming. I'm very used to holding group energy, however, doing it independently in my own business was an entirely. New challenge, but I want you to know that once again, you do not need to be booked out, have the same business model as me, or the same occurrences as me.

In order to have a huge audience to launch your mastermind to, you don't even need to have the corporate experience that I had. But what I do need you to have is the backing of the belief that you genuinely wanna have one that's one. How that looked to me and how that felt to me was, wouldn't it be amazing to have a group of business owners and entrepreneurs all at the same level who can come together and share advice with each other?

And because I had done so many one-to-one calls, I cannot tell you how many of the questions are the same over and over and over again. And I fully believe in one-to-one coaching. I really do love it. It's just that I know also that if there's a certain group. That's coming through to me and they're asking repeat questions.

I can just see how beneficial and amazing and juicy it is when that conversation around that same question is held by. A group of business owners and seeing them unpack that together is so powerful and that's what it felt like to me. Like I genuinely wanted to have and host that experience. And honestly, just with a small handful of people, I mean a big group, even now having a massive mastermind, which to me is like 50 would be massive for me, is just, I don't know.

It's, it's not as exciting as having a mastermind that's. Anywhere from like five to 19, you know, like I think that's a really good number and a really good group. But you know, I won't sugarcoat it. Holding a group is no joke. Like it really demands that you back yourself so fully. And this is where a lot of the tears come from for me, because there was so many layers in there, like, how do I back myself?

Because it wasn't about forcing it to happen. It definitely wasn't about perfectionism. Making it as perfect as you can get it because you're dealing with other human beings. But it was just this powerful belief that I had to find within me and in my abilities, in my experiences,  in my own story, because so much of what we've experienced in our story is what leads us to becoming really powerful expanders in this world.

I. So, you know, all of these aspects were just helping me show up authentically, and they've absolutely been mastermind calls where I've just felt so out of my depth. Like I was there on the call and I could see all the faces on the Zoom screen. And I'm there wondering if I'm giving enough or if I am enough, or if I'm supporting my clients deeply enough and all of this whilst they're talking, and I could just hear this voice back of my head.

And the truth is, those insecurities were internal stories and not a reflection of reality. There were definitely moments where perhaps I was more sensitive. I know I was on my cycle and I would just say it to my mastermind. I'm like, guys, I feel really sensitive today. I don't feel quite myself, and I'm just wondering.

Is this mastermind on track? Do you guys vibe with this? Is this what you wanna hear from me? And you know, just the warmth and the overwhelming wave of support where it almost just felt like I was being mentored and I was being held.  There's a whole other journey in there around ego stuff like, you know, you kind of think if you hold a mastermind, you have to be the leader and you have to be the one, and there's no room to get feedback and you just have to deliver it and be powerful.

I just don't vibe with that. I think it's everyone is meant to be in the same room at the same time in divine timing. Like how fucking powerful is that? And it's those moments as challenging as they were, they taught me so much about myself. They taught me about my leadership. They taught me about my coaching abilities.

Looking back, this is exactly those challenges that shaped me into becoming a stronger coach, a deeper. Purpose-driven entrepreneur and someone who is just so lit up to be a CEO, because I really want you to know this, that readiness for something like this, it doesn't just arrive at your doorstep, it's decided by you.

It's not about waiting until you feel like you've got all the perfect qualifications in order to sell the damn thing. It doesn't work that way, or that you feel like you've been in business like at least five years so that you're experienced enough to run a mastermind. I ran this damn mastermind like.

Six months into starting the business, who was I to audaciously believe that I could have this space? It was just this wouldn't be cool moment,  and it's about choosing. And it was for me to step into this authority space and authority means something different to everybody. To me, authority meant being able to lead a conversation of new school entrepreneurs.

Who had just left corporate like I had and wanted to make it big on their own terms and live an absolutely beautiful life, meaning money came easily. Clients come easily every day. Life is a luxury holiday. My beautiful client, Alexandra, reminded me of that saying I used to say all the time a couple of years ago, and it's back.

This is what playing bigger.  Moving forward with intention and having this beautiful game of entrepreneurship work for me, what it looked like, the whole like feeling, the fear, the whole sense of uncertainty, like who's gonna sign up and trust me, like that fear, that discomfort. I'm telling you, you might think that the discomfort is, you know what, if no one signs up, the discomfort and the fear, and I know it's not just me.

It's for a lot of my clients who I coach, it comes from what if only one client signs up? And how do you hold that space with intention and courage? You have everything it takes. You have everything it takes, turn up the volume you have everything  it takes right now. To hold an extraordinary mastermind experience.

Every single person has an incredible story to share. Every single person has lessons to put out there, and that's what I think is the beauty of the coaching industry. We live in a time when it is unregulated, it's open, and we can fall into this negative spiral going. Everybody has a mastermind and there's so many coaches out there, and industry is so crowded.

Sure. If you wanna latch onto that and you believe that is like, as Abraham Hicks would say, a high flying disc, then disc away on that. But to me it's every single person has something incredibly amazing to share. And you have authority right now exactly as you are that's deciding to play a bigger game.

Waiting is not deciding to play a bigger game. What if you just today. Started floating the idea around. That's my challenge to you. What if you just started to say to your network and your current clients, Hey, I don't know. I'm thinking about putting together a mastermind group. I really dunno what it looks like yet, but it's on the cards for 2025.

Would you be interested? Would you wanna hear about it? Is that something that you'd be into? 'cause I just bring a lot of cool people together and at this point, I really would love to direct you two.  The guide, which is sitting in the show notes, and I've put together 16 pages on how to create your first Mastermind by these 16 pages.

They document my full process of how I have come up with a very, very profitable mastermind focus and idea, and how my masterminds have now gone on to bring in over $2 million in revenue.  So you'll be able to see my Mastermind blueprint and it's gonna be something that you are gonna go, I really wish I had that sooner.

And you'll also be able to, like some of the topics we talk about on the inside of this guide is exactly, exactly what you need. Like it'll be things like how to articulate your mastermind. We've just talked about authority quite a bit, and then the steps that I use to actualize the idea into reality. So how I segment my audience members out, like who is it that would wanna join a mastermind?

How to talk about the transformation, what's currently a vibe in the industry, and how to, you know, catch on the coattails of that. Because if it's a vibe in the industry, that's how you create demand. And also just things like how I map it out, how I refine it, how I. Pull it all together, what I do with chat GPT to really extract the gold.

And then we talk about things like playing in big dollar energy, replacing all your suboptimal beliefs with expansion. Oh my God, it's so juicy. Like I really cannot wait for you to go ahead, have a read dive into that. It's gonna just help you see perhaps like what's not necessarily missing, but where your blind spots are.

Or  where I can remind you around how to just be the most magnetic version of you. Now, for those of you who are my CEO types, so I've just spoken to my visionaries, my CEO types, and you are thinking, okay, rubes, I hear you. But from a strategic perspective, why is a mastermind so crucial to my growth and does it really impact the bottom line, or is it taking me away?

From, you know, my juicy one-to-one clients and or what if I just don't have, you know, the time and the capacity? Hear me up. There's three things which has fundamentally really changed my life since having masterminds. One is my demand has increased. The coaching industry is boomie.  People are craving deeper connection, not just another course and program.

They want accountability. They want transformation. They also really wanna know that they're gonna be in the rooms where masterminds uniquely provide a perspective. And because of that, I was reading the other day in Forbes that businesses with mastermind style offers experience revenue growth up to 60% higher compared to.

Just think about that for a second. Whatever you are on now,  if you had 60% more income because of one Mastermind, wouldn't you just wanna try that? And I can say, 'cause it's up to 60%, my business was six months old when I launched my first mastermind. I was definitely hovering at like 10, 15, maybe I hit 20 K months.

As soon as I had a mastermind And then a second mastermind, that's when my business crossed over its first million dollars.  Number two, scalability is a real thing and scalability of time. Energy. People like you get to a point where the Mastermind runs itself. Everyone speaks to each other. They're supporting one another, they're doing their own thing.

They've got their own individual pods that they come up with. They've business besties, get together and they start supporting each other through that. But not only that, masterminds significantly increase. Earning potential without multiplying your hours. And this is where I was able to then, by the time we'd left America and I was in Europe, I could leverage a lot of that.

So think about this conversation that often comes up with flow state is how to scale without burning out.  When you have a mastermind, you are not just trading hours for dollars anymore, you are actually creating exponential growth for your business. Then number three, if people see that and you're branding yourself that way, and it's like, wow, look at you, exponential growth is happening, guess what else happens?

You enhance your authority. So this is number three. You are successfully leading a mastermind and people see that, and there is a lot of trust and credibility and like this stamp that comes along you as an authority when you run masterminds. It's not just like, oh, you know, one-to-one coaching. It's you become a leader.

You become a respected voice for that topic in your industry, in your niche, and it's just amazing. Like, I can think of masterminds right now that I have been in, and there's one that's just specific to do with, um, sales and growth. There's another one specific to do with lifestyle, my spiritual mastermind like.

Those coaches that I coach with, they became my go-to leader and respected voice in the industry and so on and so forth. Okay, so that was for my strategic peeps who were like, where does this fit in to my story? And am I ready? Am I not? If you are still asking, am I ready? Go back to the very start of this episode.

Listen to it again. With the guide in hand and you will have such punchy aha moments that will come to you. And you know, for my creatives, your mastermind is this chance to craft something unique to you. I love it for this. In the guide I actually talk about how, I love how I'm able to conjure up energy and funnel in an experience just based off a transformation that I wanna help someone achieve.

Which is also based off what I've achieved, like my transformation. So just get into the imagination state, like this experience that you want your clients to have, like think about the testimonials that they're gonna give you, the breakthroughs that they're gonna have, the community that you are there to facilitate.

I think that is magical and you are allowing yourself to dream. Expansively and bring something really beautiful into reality. That is the epitome of entrepreneurial creativity to me, like coming up with a product service and offering as high vibrational as a mastermind, because typically it's high ticket.

So you're also asking yourself, whoa, if I were to create something high ticket and I call in a group around it and I'm facilitating a theme and a conversation for X amount of months. Doesn't that just feel like alchemy to you? So go ahead and go and grab that guide. Design your first Mastermind. It covers everything from stepping into authority, uh, articulating your offer, pricing energetically, overcoming all of your suboptimal beliefs and how to start doing that.

And I've put 16 pages in here. Gosh, people pay me thousands of dollars to get this advice. Definitely go and grab it. And I once again want you to note that you're so ready for this. Lovely, okay, let go of. Any stories holding you back, start embracing this really exciting new chapter and maybe that new chapter is joining the Inner Circle.

Woo.  I would love to have you in there. If you are keen to join the inner circle, send me a DM on Instagram right now. I'll send you the secret page and we can talk about all the things. I think you're gonna be shocked with how good the investment is. Uh, like I cannot even tell you how good it is. I've made it super accessible.

It's only for this round that it's price point wise, this accessible. Okay? Trust that you're capable, trust that you're powerful, and you are perfectly positioned to lead, lead, lead. I'm cheering you on every single step of the way. Love you so much and I'll catch you in the next episode.
